The truth is, we are a little worried about how disconnected our generation is becoming. Loneliness has never been higher and we are here to help solve that. We create meaningful events, experiences and environments designed to bring our generation together in real life.
Now in our third year, we have a venue in Clapham and Islington with big visions to continue rolling out across London and beyond.
With only a small HQ team and every person matters. You’ll be working closely with our head of content, head of events and CEO.

The brief and responsibilities:
- Setting up for success: Building the Bubba marketing foundations through systems and structure and driving excellence in everything we do
- Building online strategy: take charge of all online marketing initiatives, including social media content strategy, social media advertising, digital campaigns, email campaigns, website and local creative projects. Set up Youtube / boiler room style sets
- Building offline strategy: Set up offline marketing strategies, including events, and driving local awareness, around each of our clubhouses, in truly innovative ways. See the community section below for more info
- Levelling up our events: Events are the heart and soul of Bubba Oasis and applying a marketing eye to this area of the business is pivotal. You’ll curate a buzzing event schedule, being a huge support function to our events team
- Own the marketing budget: Support the finance team in monitoring marketing team budgets
- launching our community: Launch the new Bubba proposition for membership and community benefits
- Nurture our culture: Keep Bubba Oasis at the forefront of:
- Art - Every month we host different artists and art exhibitions
- Music - We host weekly intimate live music nights through to high-energy rooftop parties and house parties, Make contact with Labels
- Culture - From fashion shows during LFW to supper clubs with up-and-coming chefs, there’s never a dull moment in our event schedule
Character we are looking for:
- Brave behaviour: Lead exciting guerrilla marketing campaigns and be brave, bold and ambitious in your approach, from the ideation phase right through to execution Have the confidence to think and act big
- Growth mindset: Staying up to date on new, innovative media activations, ideas, and platforms that would appeal to our target consumer
- Entrepreneurial spirit: As this is our first ever head of marketing hire. Heaps of initiative and energy are therefore required with a true entrepreneurial spirit
- Brand guardian: Championing the Bubba brand, identifying when you believe an idea will succeed, when it won’t, and where there are opportunities to improve it
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with CRM software
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
- Brilliant and vibrant personality with a truly creative mind
- Experience in marketing, running a wide variety of marketing programs, campaigns, and launches that have successfully scaled
