Now in our fourth year, we have a venue in Clapham and Islington with big visions to continue rolling out across London and beyond. With only a small HQ team, every person matters. You’ll be working closely with our venue managers and teams, head of events and CEO.

The brief and responsibilities:
Leading on the production of our social content from ideation through to delivery, working with the wider Team to create unmissable social that reinforces our playful, fun and authentic brand.
Taking on feedback, ensuring that any amends are actioned
Calendar planning, coming up with creative ideas to stand out from the crowd. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with bubbas goals
Collaborating with other like-minded brands and influencers in an authentic way
Diving into the data, creating weekly reports to measure our impact and find areas to level up
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Owning community management in creative ways through our socials
Communicate with followers to fuel community engagement, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Creating copy for all of our social posts, aligned with our brands tone of voice
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Re-launch our TikTok channel, which has over 1m+ followers
Re-launch our youtube channel for longer form content, which has over 10,000 subscribers
Character we are looking for:

Growth mindset: Staying up to date on new, innovative media activations, ideas, and platforms that would appeal to our target consumer
Entrepreneurial spirit: Heaps of initiative and energy are therefore required with a true entrepreneurial spirit
Brand guardian: Championing the brand, identifying when you believe an idea will succeed, when it won’t, and where there are opportunities to improve it
Requirements:
2+ years in a social media executive role, ideally working in an agency setting or experience. Understanding of the industry
High skilled in both photo and video editing
Excellent planning and organisational skills, managing social calendars
Excellent copywriting skills, you know exactly how to stop people scrolling
Experience using social media scheduling tools to manage multiple accounts across multiple platforms
A huge interest in social media, emerging trends and opportunities for innovation
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to deliver under tight deadlines
