Motion Senior Designer
We usually respond within a day
Wiser is best known as an employer brand agency, partnering with some of the most recognised organisations on the planet to shape how they're seen by talent, employees and the wider world. Our work has earned industry recognition, including being shortlisted for Independent Creative Agency of the Year at the Campaign Agency of the Year Awards 2025.
But this role is a little different.
We're looking for a Senior Designer to join a dedicated team working on the corporate communications and social presence of one of the world's largest businesses — a Fortune 30 organisation with a global audience and a constant stream of stories to tell.
We’re a home for people who think big and expect more; where creativity and recruitment meet to change the way people think about work, not to mention having the only rainforest in Farringdon.
Our creatives use design, product, film, strategy and marketing to capture what makes companies great and showcase it in the market.
We believe that people will do their best work when they're in a space that enables it. And that's what we've shaped at Wiser — a culture where everyone can be real and back themselves, surrounded by high performers who take ownership of their career and make moves, no matter what their background.

What's this role all about?
We're looking for a Senior Designer to join a dedicated client team working on the corporate communications and social presence of one of the world's largest and most recognisable businesses.
This is a rare opportunity to become the visual guardian of a global brand, shaping how it shows up across social channels through a constant stream of content, campaigns, thought leadership and business storytelling. You'll be the go-to creative voice for all things design, ensuring every piece of content feels consistent, purposeful and on-brand while continually pushing the quality of the work forward.
This isn't a role focused on managing a team. Instead, we're looking for someone who leads through expertise and influence; someone who can confidently present creative rationale, challenge when needed, and build trust with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in the work itself.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where reactive content, quick turnarounds and shifting priorities are part of the day-to-day. One moment you might be developing a visual approach for a major corporate announcement, the next you'll be creating social content in response to a breaking industry moment.
What will you spend your time doing?
Acting as the visual guardian for one of the world's biggest brands, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to brand guidelines across all content.
Creating standout social-first creative across a range of formats, including static, motion and video content.
Developing creative concepts and visual approaches for corporate communications, executive thought leadership, company announcements and brand storytelling.
Leading design conversations with clients, confidently articulating creative decisions and presenting work with clarity and conviction.
Working closely with strategists, copywriters and account teams to bring ideas to life.
Producing reactive and real-time content in response to cultural, business and industry moments.
Creating and refining motion design assets, animations and social content for multiple channels.
Identifying opportunities to evolve and elevate the brand's visual presence across social.
Maintaining exceptionally high creative standards while balancing pace and volume.
Contributing to creative discussions and helping shape best practice across the wider team.
What are we looking for?
Around 6–8 years' experience in a design role, ideally within an agency, social, content or brand environment.
A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft across both static and motion design.
Strong experience creating content for social platforms, with a clear understanding of what works across different channels and audiences.
Experience developing creative for organic social content and always-on social programmes.
Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong motion design and animation skills, this is essential.
A deep understanding of social-first design principles, trends and content formats.
Experience working within established brand systems and balancing consistency with creative innovation.
Confidence presenting work to clients and senior stakeholders, explaining rationale and bringing others on the journey.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proactive, collaborative and happy getting stuck into the work.
Someone who enjoys ownership and accountability without needing formal management responsibility.
